What we do

Projects are managed from the estimating and budgeting stage through engineering, procurement, manufacturing and installation procedures.

Total Millwork analyzes the project and assigns team members best suited for the unique challenges and opportunities that exist in each project.

Taking the time to listen and assess what details in the design of a project are most critical, the Total Millwork team applies expert knowledge of materials and alternatives, as well as manufacturing methods. Time and again, those are the major factors for containing costs and maintaining schedules.

Millwork is in our name; so is Total. We also supply metal, glass, mirror and other specialty materials and products with the same quality and attention to detail as our millwork.

How we do it

Total Millwork combines our experience and state-of-the art engineering and manufacturing processes with our vast pool of industry partners to deliver projects at a high quality level on time and within budget.

Our team works cooperatively with designers, developers, architects, owners and General Contractors to reduce lead times and enable fluid installations.

Total Millwork's engineering process begins with award of a project. Our project engineer, project managers and shop manager review the details of each project to ensure that shop drawings support the design intent and the most effective production and procurement methods. If we need field dimensions but the schedule does not easily allow the required time we will supply hold to dimensions or templates where needed.

Your Total Millwork Team meets weekly to review projects and make any needed adjustments. Team members include: Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Installation

Our culture of quality through adherence to specifications holds each individual responsible and accountable. All products are inspected prior to shipment and again prior to installation.
